FutureBoards Cross Border Dialogue - Singapore

  • Telenor 1 Wallich Street Singapore, 078881 Singapore (map)

BUILDING SUSTAINABLE BOARDS

Alongside geopolitical instability and the climate crisis, institutional investors and regulators, as well as a growing number of ‘other’ stakeholders such as employees, customers, suppliers and partners are increasingly expecting more from the companies. This has a number of implications for the composition of corporate boards as well as the individual board directors.

In collaboration with Norwegian Embassies, FutureBoards invites corporate decision makers to take part in Cross Border Dialogues to exchange thoughts and views on how to compose competent, diverse and gender balanced boards.

CO-HOSTS AND CO-ORGANIZERS

So far, the FutureBoards Cross-Border Dialogues have been organized in collaboration with and hosted by Royal Norwegian Embassies in Brussels, London, Kuala Lumpur, Yangon, Abu Dhabi and Singapore, as well as the Royal Norwegian Consulate General in Mumbai and Shanghai. FutureBoards also co-created the launch event of Women on Boards – Jordan, which was supported by the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Amman.

To create a cross-border context, we always partner up with local organizations, and we are proud to see that the events attract high-level male and female attendees who are passionate about the topic.

The FutureBoards Cross Border Dialogue in Singapore on 5 February 2025 is hosted by The Royal Norwegian Embassy in Singapore. The event is kindly supported by Telenor and DNV. In addition, we highly appreciate the collaboration with the Norwegian Business Association in Singapore (NBAS) and Singapore Institute of Directors (SID)
