At the FutureBoards Cross-Border Dialogue we will take a closer and comparative look at the state of play in the two countries via researchers, investors, and companies’ perspectives. We aim to create an exchange thoughts, views and ideas on what concrete actions taken in the two countries that have proven effective and/or ineffective.
Furthermore to look at what is the role of investors and boards, and how can they, and how should they contribute to help remove invisible/intangible barriers to recruiting more women in decision-making positions. The carefully selected participants are Norwegian and Chinese business owners, board chairs and members, corporate CEOs, representatives from government, relevant organizations, and potential female board member candidates.
The event is co-hosted by the Norwegian Consulate General in Shanghai, FutureBoards Norway, and Norwegian Business Association, supported by Wikborg Rein, Kongsberg, Yara, and DNB. Forbes China provides media support to the event.
