Under the Patronage of H.E. Dr ZiadFariz, Governor of the Central Bank of Jordan, The Association of Women on Boards -Jordan, in collaboration with FutureBoards - Norway is organizing it’s inaugural conference  “Getting Women on Boards: Why and How?”

The event, that is supported by the Norwegian Embassy to Jordan, includes activities and workshops that aim to promote women’s presence in key positions and boards. Furthermore,we willpresent new and advanced concepts pertaining to the importance of implementing governance and ensuring gender diversity in those positions. The conference also provides activities to show how involving women in decision-making positions can help to improve the overall performance of their institutions.
