Session Topics & Questions:

The objective of the session is to take a closer look at the realities of business’s human rights responsibility.

The Norwegian Transparency Act has put a stronger spotlight on business’s human rights responsibility and entails new statutory duties for the company and the board. Both the statutory statements from the companies and concrete experiences from companies that have worked for a long time with their human rights responsibility, provide insight into the realities of this responsibility.
