The positive effects of having more women at the top rungs of the corporate world are well documented, BUT progress remains too slow, also in Norway.

At the “FutureBoards Cross-border Dialogue”, we will take a closer look at the state of play on corporate boards in India and in Norway. We will explore similarities and differences experienced in the two countries. We will exchange thoughts, views and ideas on HOW we can move the needle – within a reasonable timeframe. And more importantly: We will ask what is the role of investors and boards, and how can they, and how should they contribute.
